Contracts marketed as part of start-up costs following the sale of a new or used vehicle, as part of maintenance or repair invoices, or as part of an optional subscription
In the event of accident, theft, fire or glass breakage of the vehicle: reimbursement of the amount of the deductible remaining payable by the insured following the claim. The amount of the deductible is that stated in the policyholder’s automobile insurance contract.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident, theft or fire: reimbursement of interest on vehicle financing and administrative costs.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident, theft or fire: reimbursement of costs incurred to get the vehicle back on the road (registration certificate, window marking, vehicle preparation, etc.).
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident with an identified third party, theft or fire: reimbursement of vehicle maintenance and accessory invoices issued to the dealer over the last 12 months, without application of depreciation.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident with an identified third party, theft or fire: payment of a loyalty bonus of between 200 and 1,000 euros, subject to the purchase of a new vehicle from the same dealer.
Car manufacturers / Finance companies
Contracts marketed as part of a financing package, an insurance policy linked to a financing package, or a package for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
In the event of an accident, theft, fire or glass breakage: refund of excess left to the customer following the loss. The amount of the deductible is that mentioned in the specific conditions of the customer’s automobile insurance contract.
In the event of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 conditions or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: responsibility for the amount of the annual contribution of the maintenance/servicing contract of the vehicle.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident without reporting to an identified third party, theft or fire of the vehicle: payment of a loyalty bonus of 200 to 1000 euros after compliance with a condition (purchase of a vehicle from the same manufacturer or subscription of new financing from the same institution, etc…).
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident, theft or fire of the vehicle: reimbursement of interest on the car financing and application costs.
In case of work stoppage due to a guaranteed vehicle accident: payment of a daily allowance of 100 euros for up to 3 days. This benefit replaces the non-payment of wages for the first 3 days of absence from work by the general social security scheme.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident with an identified third party, theft or fire of the vehicle: reimbursement of maintenance bills and accessories of the vehicle, issued to the manufacturer’s network during the last 12 months and without application of obsolescence.

Contrats commercialisés pour inclusion dans les locations de véhicules ou souscription facultative.
In the event of an accident, theft, fire or broken glass: reimbursement of the amount of the deductible left to the tenant following the loss. The amount of the deductible is that mentioned in the specific conditions of the vehicle rental contract.
If the damaged vehicle is immobilized for repair as a result of an accident, theft, fire or broken window: payment to the lessor of an operating loss compensation in the absence of rental of the damaged vehicle.
Complementary health insurance
Contracts marketed as included in the “health supplement” insurance contract.
In the event of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 conditions or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: responsibility for the annual amount of contributions from the health insurance contract.
In the event of a child being born to an insured person: responsibility for the annual increase in the health insurance contract’s contribution (following the addition of an additional beneficiary).
Real estate agencies
Contracts marketed for inclusion in agency fees as a result of the lease or sale of property.
In the event of a change of main address (within a radius of more than 50 kilometres) following a professional transfer occurring within 12 months after the rental of the property: payment of moving costs up to 1,000 euros subject to the signing of a new lease with an agency member of the same network.
In the event of a child’s birth: payment of a loyalty bonus of 500 euros conditional on the rental or purchase of a new building from a member of the agency of the same network.
Public car parks
Contracts marketed as included in the parking price or monthly parking subscription.
In the event of theft, attempted theft/break-in of the vehicle in the parking lot: reimbursement of the amount of the deductible left to the user following the claim and the amount of his parking fees. The amount of the deductible is that mentioned in the specific conditions of the user’s automobile insurance contract.
In case of absence of the worker for more than 30 days and due to illness or accident: reimbursement of the contribution amount pro rata.
In the event of economic dismissal of the subscriber, long-term affection of the ALD-30 or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: reimbursement of the subscription amount on a pro rata basis.
Motorway companies
Contracts marketed as part of the subscription to telepayment.
In case of theft of the pass with the vehicle: refund of the amount of the deposit left to the customer following the accident.
In case of economic dismissal of the subscriber, long-term ALD-30 illness or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: liability for the amount of the annual subscription to teletaoll.
Payment/ loyalty cards
Contrats commercialisés en inclusion dans les cartes de paiement ou les cartes payantes de fidélité.
In the event of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 illness or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: responsibility for the annual amount of the contribution for the renewal of the payment card or the loyalty card paid.
In the event of a child being born by the holder of a loyalty card: payment of a voucher of 100 to 500 euros or equivalent credit on the loyalty card.
In case of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 conditions or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: payment of a voucher of 50 to 100 euros or equivalent credit on the loyalty card.
Mass distribution
Contracts marketed for inclusion in invoices issued, loyalty cards or payment cards.
In the event of an accident, theft, fire or broken vehicle window and following the purchase of fuel (minimum 30 liters) from the stations of the panel: refund of the amount of the deductible left to the customer following the claim. The amount of the deductible is that mentioned in the specific conditions of the customer’s automobile insurance contract.
In the event of total destruction of the vehicle following an accident with an identified third party, theft or fire of the vehicle: reimbursement of maintenance bills and accessories of the vehicle, issued to the store’s maintenance/repair network within the last 12 months and without an obsolescence application.
In case of moving from the main or secondary house to a radius greater than 50 km and for the customer to continue his purchases of the brand: payment of a voucher of 50 euros/ month for 6 months.
In case of birth of a child of the customer: payment of a voucher from 100 to 500 euros for purchases made with the brand and valid in the baby/ birth department.
In case of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 illness or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: monthly payment of a purchase voucher of 50 to 100 euros for 1 year, for purchases made on the brand (excluding fuels and books).
Electrical energy
Contracts marketed to be included in energy bills.
In case of economic dismissal, long-term ALD-30 illness or cessation of activity following bankruptcy: support for electricity bills for 1 year and within the limit of 500 to 1000 euros.
If you change your primary or secondary residence within a radius of more than 50 kilometres: the costs of connecting the new dwelling to the electricity grid and 3-month energy bills are covered if a new subscription is purchased from the same electricity supplier.
In case of birth of a child of the client: 30% of the energy bills for 1 year to cover the increase of the direct and indirect costs related to the birth.
In the case of property damage following a natural disaster: reimbursement of expenses related to intangible damages, such as costs for the insured’s accommodation, costs for renting a replacement vehicle, childcare costs, repatriation costs, the cost of maintaining damaged housing, loss of salary…
